Simply does what it’s supposed to — and quite well, too!
I just wanted a reliable pedometer to keep track of my steps. This one does that reliably, with no muss, no fuss, no problem. There’s not a lot of bells and whistles and that suits me fine. I’ve got enough nonsense vying for my attention. It is good to find a product that just does what it should without needing some kind of special attention. Push the button to reset and you’re off for the day. Easy-read display. I’ve dropped it already, twice, once fairly hard at a distance onto concrete and it didn’t even phase it. Nice cover, several to choose from if you’re one of those who likes to try to match an outfit or something, that keeps you from accidentally resetting it. Perfect.

I just use pedometer
I can’t say much about the book since I didnt read it. But the pedometer works really well.
